Becoming a member of LCW is simple. Just visit our membership page to discover a membership level that best suits you, and click on “Join Now” to complete the registration process. Once registered, you’ll receive a welcome packet with all the details about upcoming events, meetings, and ways to get involved.

Each membership level comes with its own benefits, like access to events, networking opportunities, and leadership roles. Explore our membership options and find out how you can contribute to our health advocacy efforts.

LCW annual dues range from $20 to $60, depending on your membership level. These contributions are crucial in helping us fund programs like scholarships, health workshops, member events, and partnerships with healthcare providers. By paying annual dues, you’re directly supporting our mission to improve community health.

If you would like to contribute to a healthier future without joining, please consider making a one-time donation. We choose to fundraise on Zeffy to receive 100% of your gift. So, you can be assured that your entire donation will benefit our community’s health!

LCW offers four membership levels to fit a variety of needs:

  • Young Professional: For those aged 18-30, this level includes access to LCW events, workshops, and leadership development.
  • Individual: Offers full access to LCW programs, events, and leadership opportunities.
  • Organization: Designed for businesses and non-profits to collaborate with LCW on health projects, including recognition at events and on our website.
  • Patron: Includes all the benefits of Individual and Organization levels, along with special recognition for your support.

Membership with the Local Council of Women members with access to education, networking, and leadership opportunities related to community health.

They are payable every year by the annual meeting and expire at the end of the following year.

Membership with the Local Council of Women is open to any individual or organization in the community or surrounding areas of Monroe County.

To be eligible, applicants must live in a county served by IU Health Bloomington Hospital (Brown, Daviess, Greene, Jackson, Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Morgan, Orange, and Owen) and be currently enrolled in an accredited program of study in a healthcare field.
